How does the service help people who need a rental property in Australia?
Finding a rental property in Australia is very time-consuming and the markets are competitive. Most of our clients are not in Australia yet and we help to get them a property to move straight into rather than booking temporary accommodation and having to attend inspections and apply for properties themselves.
Having someone already in Australia who has relationships with Real Estate Agents, market knowledge and experience means you stand a higher chance of securing the property you want. All our Relocation Agents are previous Migrants, so are sympathetic of your situation.
Finally, we offer a couple of different packages for you to choose from, with clear, transparent pricing – we offer the ability to pay in installments, which will help with your budgeting.
Do you just help people moving from the UK?
No, we help people from wherever they are moving from, it just happens that the majority of our clients are from the UK. We also help many interstate movers.

What packages can people choose from?
We offer the Full Home Search Package, the Application Only Service and the Single Viewing service.
The full service includes understanding where you want to live and requirements, applying for and viewing homes until we secure you a property. This is the service to use if you want everything done for you. We charge for this service in stages, you pay a deposit when you sign up, a second payment when we start the viewings and a final payment when we secure you a property.
The application only service is useful if you are already where you are looking to get a rental and can do viewings, or if you have a friend, family member, another service to do the viewings for you. We create application profiles, apply and communicate with Real Estate Agents for you.
The single viewing service is where you just want a particular property viewed. You send us the details and we view them on your behalf. We send you pictures and videos so you can make a decision and put in your application if you wish.
What is the sign-up process, and how much notice is needed?
The sign-up process is simple – click here to sign up. There is an information pack, testimonials and a form to complete to request help. The form is where you tell us your requirements and situation.
Complete and submit the form and we will be in touch. When we get back to you, we may have some questions, or we may have good news that we can help. If we can help, we will help to get you signed up and the Relocation Agent will schedule time with you to start the service.
For the full package, we need ideally 6-8 weeks’ notice. For the application only service, we need a couple of weeks’ notice so we can set up the application profiles before the viewings.

We can help you with our key collection and rental property check service, and you can chat with your Relocation Agent about any furniture delivery you may need.
