Why is a Solid Plasterer skills assessment required?

A skills assessment is required so you, the migrant, can apply for a visa to Australia.  The skills assessment is the way Australian Immigration can confirm that you are a Solid Plasterer, and have the relevant Solid Plastering skills to match the Australian guidelines.
