First, we will make sure you have the skills required to complete this process using a self-assessment eligibility tool and getting your ID verification documents. If your enrolment is successful, we will then issue your client pack.
To get started, please call the Down Under Centre on 0203 376 1555.
2. ISSUE OF CLIENT PACK
For the client pack, you are required to prove you have the necessary skills to work as a Landscape Construction worker in Australia. You will need to provide evidence that you have been qualified for more than four years and that you have worked in your trade for a minimum of 12 months out of the last 36 months.
You will be asked to prove this via pay slips, tax records, invoices, bank statements and/ or employment references.
Down Under Centre Agency Service
The Down Under Centre can provide you with an agency service to assist you at this stage as it is considered to be the most difficult stage of your visa application. It pays to make sure you gather the year’s evidence your migration agent requires correctly so that you are not going back and forth to employers. Please call us on 0203 376 1555 to enquire about our agency service and how it can specifically help you. https://www.downundercentre.com/australian-skill-assessments
3. ASSESSMENT
Once you have gathered all your documentation as a Landscape Construction worker, an assessor who works in the same trade as you will review your application to make sure you fit the requirements for the qualification. They may request further payment information or photos.
4. TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
The final part of getting your AQF III Qualification is an online technical interview with an Australian qualified tradesperson from your trade area. Applicants are required to validate their skills and knowledge during the technical interview. The assessor will focus on collected evidence, in particular employment history and skills and knowledge, to determine whether the competencies of the Australian Qualification are met. This fee is paid directly to the assessing body.
**Please note that, should you need to cancel/reschedule your interview or fail to bring the correct ID & paperwork on the day, you must pay a fee to re-book your Technical interview.
5. ISSUE OR AUSTRALIAN QUALIFICATION
Upon successful technical interview, your final Certificate in Landscape Construction will be issued.
