Landscape Gardener Skills Assessment Australia

Landscape Gardeners migrating to Australia are required to obtain the Landscape Gardener skills assessment for the Australian Skilled Visa. Landscape Gardener ANZSCO Code 362213. Landscape Gardeners in Australia plan and construct garden landscapes.

If you do not hold an NVQ level 3 as a Landscape Gardener,  you will be required to complete the AQF III in Landscape Construction and prove a minimum of 6 years of work experience as a Landscape Gardener. An AQF III Qualification is required for specific Trades, so that you can go on further to gain your Trades Skills Assessment from TRA for the purpose of migration.

Process for Landscape Gardener AQF III

You are required to prove you are a Landscape Gardener and have the necessary skills to work in Australia as a Landscape Gardener. The cost of the Landscape Construction AQF III is $3,000.

1. Gathering your evidence for Landscape Gardener AQF III

To obtain the Landscape Gardening AQF III, you will need to prove a minimum of 6 years of work experience as a Landscape Gardener. There will be a list of mandatory documentation that you must provide in your application. You will also need to supply contact details of work referees who can confirm your work experience.

You will also need to prove that you have worked as a Landscape Gardener for a minimum of 12 months out of the last 36 months. Work experience will need to be proved via pay slips, invoices, bank statements, statements of service and more. You also need to make sure you supply photo/video evidence of you completing Landscape Gardening duties and tasks.

2. Technical Interview for Landscape Gardener AQF III

Your assessor will review the information and evidence you have provided and begin to match your skills to the units/subjects in the qualification and organise an online technical interview. You will be required to answer industry related questions to identify your current skills as a Landscape Gardener.

Once you have successfully completed, you will obtain your Certificate III in Landscape Construction and can then move on to complete the TRA Landscape Gardener skills assessment Australia.
