Partner Visas for Australia

If you are married to, going to marry, or currently live with, an Australian citizen, an Eligible New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident, and you want to move to Australia with them, then you may meet the requirements for a Partner Visa Australia.

You can apply for an Australian Partner Visa offshore and those subclasses are: Partner (Provisional) Visa Subclass 309 & Partner (Migrant) Visa Subclass 100.

Or onshore in Australia and those subclasses are: Partner (Provisional) Visa Subclass 820 & Partner (Migrant) Visa Subclass 801.

If you are applying for the Prospective Marriage Visa Subclass 300 Australia, you must apply offshore.
